In Virtual Admin II you have complete control over usernames. The application is sent to you via the admin panel where you assign the username and approve the app. Upon approval, and auto - response email is sent to the prospect informing him/her the he/she has been approved. Login info is given so the pilot can print it out and keep it.

This time, join up, go to the admin login (username and password = "admin",) give yourself a username (just tack on some numbers to the end of "WMV") and approve yourself. Now just login and check things out. File a pirep or two, log back into the admin panel and edit a pirep's hours and watch the magic happen again. The flighthours will again change on the roster and you do NO MATH.
